2. Cancellations and Refunds

Free cancellation: You can cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund of the prepaid amount.

Late cancellation: If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before pick-up, a one-day rental fee or 20% of the total rental cost (whichever is greater) will be charged.

No-show: If you fail to collect the car at the agreed time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Early return: If you return the vehicle before the scheduled drop-off time, the unused days will not be refunded.

3. Modifications

If you wish to change your booking (dates, vehicle type, or location), please contact us as early as possible.

Minor modifications may be made free of charge if the same car category and rental duration remain.

Significant changes may affect the total rental price.
Refund eligibility depends on the updated booking conditions at the time of modification.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds do not apply to:

Optional extras (GPS, child seats, insurance upgrades, etc.) once the rental period has started.

Administrative or processing fees.

Damages, fuel charges, or penalties for contract violations.
