All payments made to Botoscope — whether via balance top-up or subscription — are non-refundable.

🔸 Balance Top-Ups

• All funds added to your account balance are non-refundable, regardless of usage or inactivity.
• Please make sure you understand the functionality of the platform before adding funds.
• Unused funds can be applied to bot usage or future charges, but will not be returned to your payment method.

🔸 Subscription Payments

• Subscription charges are billed in advance every 30 days.
• If you cancel your subscription early, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
• However, the unused portion of your subscription can be automatically converted into account balance, which you can use for bot access in pay-as-you-go mode.

🔸 Exceptions

We do not offer exceptions to this policy except where required by law.
