Once you’ve registered your account on Botoscope, follow these steps to connect your Telegram bot and create your store:
🧭 Step 1: Open the My Account page
After registration, you will be redirected to your personal dashboard called My Account.
🛒 Step 2: Click Create store in Telegram
- Find the button labeled “Create store in Telegram”.
- Click it — a side panel will appear.
🤖 Step 3: Fill in bot details
- In the form that appears:
- Enter your bot’s name (any name you choose).
- Paste the bot token you received from @BotFather.
⚙️ Step 4: Choose how to use your bot
You’ll see two options. Choose the one that fits your needs:
🔹 With admin panel (no website needed)
- Ideal if you don’t have a website and want to manage everything directly in Telegram.
- You’ll get your own product management panel inside Telegram.
- Choose your preferred language for the admin panel.
🔹 Without admin panel (I already have a website)
- Choose this if you already have a WooCommerce site.
- Enter your domain (e.g.
myshop.com) — the bot will fetch products directly from your site via API.
✅ Step 5: Accept terms and save
- Check the box to accept the terms of use.
- Click Save.
After a few seconds, your bot will be added to the system.
⚠️ Important: Your bot is not active yet!
To activate it, you need to choose how you’ll pay:
- 💳 Use balance (minimum €5 required to activate)
- 🧾 Start a subscription
Until activation, the bot will be inactive but added to your dashboard.
⚠️ Note:
You can create up to 2 bots per account.
